I am a proud daughter, wife, and mother of a United States Marine. My son has wanted nothing more than to earn the title of a Marine since the age of 5. This year his dream came true. And as he approaches this new chapter of his life he will experience new adventures and obstacles that he will have to adapt to and overcome. So I figured it's time for me to do the same. And what better way to do that than to physically challenge myself? What better way to do that than participate in a Marine Corps Marathon?
