My brother is a Marine and I wanted to join Team Marine Parents because it's a way to honor him and all of our Marines. He's always been a big part of my life and I wanted to do something to feel close to him when he's so far away. My brother is my hero. I want to run in the different events to show my brother how much he means to me. I have been keeping my mom company when she does her virtual events so I decided to join the team. I am excited to be on Team Marine Parents because I think it's a great way to help support Marines and their families. Other than running I love to ride my horse, Rooster, and play with my dogs, as well as my brother, who's a Marine. We have lots of people in our family that have been in the military. My Grandpa was in the Air Force, my Papa was in the British SAS and my Great-Grandfathers all served in the military. I have even started to consider enlisting in the Marine Corps after I graduate high school!
